AI Spam Filtering helps automatically identify and label unwanted messages in chat and email channels. You can enable AI Spam Filtering for chat, email, or both, depending on how you want to manage incoming spam.
How AI Spam Filtering Works
When a customer starts a conversation, Re:amaze AI analyzes the first message to determine whether it appears to be spam. If a conversation is identified as spam, it is automatically labeled as spam and moved to the Spam view, where it remains accessible for review.
