Add Banner Images to FAQ Articles and Topics

Re:amaze allows you to add banner images to your FAQ articles and article topics to make your help site more visually consistent with your brand.

Adding banner images can:

  • Improve SEO, as search engines consider images when determining rankings.
  • Help upsell products by featuring product imagery throughout your help site.
  • Make your FAQ visually consistent with your company's branding.

Add a banner image to an article

  1. Navigate to Articles and select Edit for the article you want to update.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the add image icon under Banner Image.
  3. Select Update Article to save your changes.

Re:amaze recommends using high-quality images with an aspect ratio of 3:1. Use images that are relevant to the article's content and add value for your customers.

Add a banner image to an article topic

You can also add banner images to your FAQ article topics for a more visually organized help site.

  • Navigate to Articles and select a topic using the article filter on the left.
  • Select Edit Topic.
  • Select the add image icon under Banner Image.
  • Select Update Topic to save your changes.
