Chat Widget or Cues Not Showing After Updating Shopify Theme

Updating or changing your Shopify theme can affect elements connected to your storefront, including your Re:amaze Chat Widget and Cues. If your chat widget or cues are no longer visible after a theme update, republishing them usually resolves the issue.

Republish Your Chat Widget

To republish your Chat Widget:

1. Go to Settings > Chat Widgets.
2. Select Unpublish from Shopify.
3. After the widget has been unpublished, select Publish to Shopify.

Republish Your Cues

If your Cues are no longer visible, follow the same process:

1. Go to Settings > Cues.
2. Select Unpublish from Shopify.
3. After the cues have been unpublished, select Publish to Shopify.

Republishing reconnects the Chat Widget and Cues to your current Shopify theme so they appear correctly on your storefront.
