Re:amaze allows you to suspend your subscription and keep the account in a temporary read-only mode. While in a suspended state, you and your staff will not be able to respond to user inquiries.
To get suspend your account, go to Settings > Subscription Plan. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Suspend Subscription" button.
You can also permanently close your account and delete all account data by using the "Close Account" option. Before suspending or closing your Re:amaze account, we recommend you to reach out to us to see if we can be of any assistance!
NOTE: The Re:amaze support team will not be able to suspend or delete your account due to privacy and security policies.
