AT&T Office@Hand: How-To

AT&T Office@Hand provides a flexible cloud-based voice, fax, text messaging, and audio and video conferencing services for businesses who are always on the go. The Re:amaze and AT&T Office@Hand integration allows you to:

  • take and make calls from your Re:amaze account
  • log calls and voicemails
  • pull in call recordings

If you're interested in connecting AT&T Office@Hand to your Re:amaze account, you're in the right place! Here's a guide on how to set up this integration!

Note: At this time, we do not integrate with AT&T Office@Hand to support SMS.

Connecting AT&T Office@Hand:

  1. Navigate to your Apps Settings page (Settings > Advanced Settings > Apps)
  2. Click on "AT&T Office@Hand"
  3. Click "Connect with AT&T Office@Hand"
  4. Log into your AT&T Office@Hand account with your super admin credentials
  5. Authorize Re:amaze to access your AT&T Office@Hand account.

Creating a Voice Channel for AT&T Office@Hand:

  1. Click on "Set Up Voice Channels"
  2. Select the brand you'd like to connect this channel to
  3. Add an internal-facing name for your new voice channel
  4. From the Voice Provider dropdown menu, select "AT&T Office@Hand"
  5. Select your phone number from the dropdown menu and add any extensions
  6. Save your new voice channel

Accessing the In-App Dialer:

  1. From the bottom right-hand corner of your inbox, click on the "Not Connected" button
  2. From the dialer, click "Sign In"
  3. Log in with your staff credentials and authorize the Re:amaze app to access your account
  4. Use the dialer to take and make calls directly within Re:amaze
  5. Optional: Enable the "Auto-log Calls" setting to automatically log your phone calls
  6. Optional: Click on the "Record" button to record the voice call
