How does Re:amaze Time Zones?
You and your customers may be in different time zones, and some of your staff may work in different time zones too. To account for this, Re:amaze displays all time-based information in each user's local time zone, based on the time zone set in their browser.
For example, suppose you set your office hours to 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. while you're logged in from California. A teammate in New York sees those same hours as 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Timestamps for conversations, messages, and reports also appear in each user's local time.
