What are Customer Notes?
Customer Notes is a great tool that helps you store valuable information about your customers. Your Customer Notes will also be displayed in each conversation to ensure this information is easily accessible to you. Customer Notes are internal-facing only, so you don't need to worry about customers seeing what information is stored under their name.
To add a customer note, simply open a customer conversation or contact profile and click on “+ Add Note” in the Customer Notes section.
Customer Notes that you add can also be edited. To do this, hover you cursor over the note and a "Edit" button will appear. Click it to make changes to your note. Additionally, any added notes will be sorted in chronological order with the newest note on top.
