How come my test email isn't coming through?

Re:amaze can detect when you're talking to yourself. If you're interested in testing anything you've set up such as your autoresponder, staff notifications, or echoes, make sure you're sending in an email as the customer from an address that's not already associated with your Re:amaze account.

For example, if you have a staff email for John@smith.com, you cannot then use that address as the customer to perform any testing. Make sure you use an email address that's completely foreign to your Reamaze helpdesk platform.
