We recommend using Zapier to connect ShipStation to Reamaze.
Need to know when an order is placed in Reamaze? You can now use Zapier to set up a simple trigger and have a conversation created in Reamaze with the customer in question associated. Just visit https://zapier.com/zapbook/reamaze/shipstation/.
We recommend using the "New Conversation" Action. For example, if the "New Order" trigger in Zapier has the customer email information then going from a "New Order" Trigger to a Reamaze "New Conversation" action will bring in relevant data into Reamaze. You can also go from ShipStation "New Order" to either Reamaze "New Conversation" or Reamaze "New Contact". The idea of the conversation is that it brings the information into Reamaze as a new message.
